Kapcherop TVC was established in 2013, in the township of Kapcherop . It was the first technical training institute to be established in the expansive Elgeyo Marakwet county.It is a center for excellence in Automotive Engineering.

Kapcherop Technical and Vocational College was established as per the TVET Act 2013 to provide access to Technical Education and Training to all Kenyans.
We are located at the Heart of the Cherangany Hills in a beautiful siren Environment covered with Tea and Natural Forest of the Elgeyo Marakwet County, Marakwet West District at Kapcherop Town .
The College opened its doors on 21st September 2017 after inauguration of her Board to perform the reason why its establishment. Currently we have 400 trainees in session and we are looking forward to triple the number by the end of the year 2024.
As we are aware Technical Education and Training is the major driver to the Kenyan Government “Big Four” Agenda and to the realization of the Vision 2030. Kapcherop TVC is proud to be part of the journey and contributors of these mandate to our people.
Being a Centre of Excellence in Automotive Engineering with our Workshops Equipped with the state-of-the-art equipment, we have  started training CBET course in ICT,Building and Civil Engineering,Electrical and Electronis Engineering ,Agriculture,Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy and Welding and Fabrication.
Finally, may i take this opportunity to welcome the Kenyan Youth to make Kapcherop TVC the institution of choice and take the advantage of the Government incentive in the provision of Capitation  ,Helb loans, and Scolarships.
