Kapcherop technical and vocational college is a Centre of excellence in training, research and innovation. We are committed to being in tandem with global trends and we offer efficient and customer friendly services in strict adherence to academic rules and regulations. We ensure best practices in training and assessments, student’s retention, raised and sustained academic standards for all programs.
We work closely with other Government agencies such as; the Kenya University and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS), Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority (TVETA), Higher Education Loans Board (HELB), among others, to ensure that the college aligns itself to the various statutory requirements and policies.
KTVC admits both Government Sponsored and Self-Sponsored trainees. The Government Sponsored trainees are placed at the college by the Kenya University and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS). Prospective trainees under Government Sponsorship can apply for our programmes through KUCCPS.
Self-sponsored trainees are required to make applications directly to the college by completing the application forms that can be obtained at the college or online on our website.
The Office of the Registrar at KTVC acts as the nerve centre for the college and is responsible for planning and conducting student admissions, accurately maintaining, updating and protecting trainees’ academic records, marketing of programmes and administration of examinations, among other duties. Our primary objective is to enrich and support trainees in their endeavour towards attainment of skills and knowledge to apply these skills in coherence with their aims and ambitions.
